The set of electronic-beam gun control units

Electron beam control unit (EBCU) is designed to control electronic-beam gun and its technological work parameters, namely the deflection of beam in two coordinates X and Y (formation of the beam scan - raster), the focus control of the electron beam (2 channels), controlling the gas supply (2 channels). EBCU also implements the protection of the edge of the crucible for all modes of operation. The block also consists of a color graphic display, which is intended to show the form of scans, parameters of melting, messages and prompts to the operator. To set parameters for melting and for operational management of the melting process EBCU has inbuilt controls and keyboard. The unit can connect to a computer system remote control and/or to the console with a joystick for beam control via RS-485 serial port. Unit kit also includes the following: vacuum and temperature measurement blocks, units of cooling water flow, gas flow fed into the gun, gun voltage unit and block of current flowing through the gun. All of these modules are combined as a computer network based on serial RS-485 channel.

Series of controllers for beverages vending machines (Several kinds of drinks, disposable cups, note-receiver, coin-changer, GSM-connection).


Vending machines controllers have inbuilt self-control & self-diagnosis system, imbedded test software for machine’s equipment autonomous check, alphanumeric indicator for convenient communication with the machine (taking into consideration both customer and service staff). Machine’s controller has inbuilt system for GSM-connection monitoring. Monitoring of vending machine’s equipment condition defines the operability and the type of vending machine’s defect, availability and supply of consumables (water, gas, syrup), vending machine’s revenue. Monitoring is carried out on the principle of two-way communication: initiated by the owner of the vending machine, and initiated by the inbuilt controller of the vending machine. Machines have note-receiving, coin-changing or both mechanism installed. The machine has fiscal functions which include the following: quantity of sold drinks of each kind, sum of earned money, quantity of given cups and some other.

The machine has inbuilt self-control & self-diagnosis system, imbedded test software for machine’s equipment autonomous check, alphanumeric indicator for convenient communication with the machine (taking into consideration both customer and service staff), imbedded note-receiving mechanism. The machine is easy in operation and communication with the control system on the sides of customer and adjuster.

Control unit for Kyiv metro moneychangers

Automat for giving out tokens is the machine used for selling transit tokens in exchange for paper money in Kyiv metro. The note-receiving mechanism is installed in the machines. It has inbuilt self-control & self-diagnosis system, imbedded test software for machine’s equipment autonomous check, alphanumeric indicator for convenient communication with the machine on the sides of cashier and serving mechanic.

Control unit for TP-1A turnstile

Turnstile control unit provides work in two modes: paid entry and free exit. Coin-receiving or note-receiving mechanism may be installed in turnstiles. Control unit has inbuilt self-control & self-diagnosis system, inbuilt real-time clock. The software of turnstile is oriented on realization of highly reliable fiscal functions, as well as the direct mechanisms control. Fiscal functions except the obvious ones (recording the quantity of passing clients and taken money) are also supplemented with fraud-resistant procedures. These procedures provide turnstile work control on account of all mode change fixation in nonvolatile memory, off-state downtime fixation and control of some other features of turnstile.

Control unit for dough-splitting machine

The machine is used in confectionery industry. Special feature of the machine control unit is management of five asynchronous engines of different power (from 100 W to 5 kW). Engine control includes regulation of its speed by frequency converters in wide ranges.




Control system for rail welding machine

Welding machine is targeted on contact splice weld of rails by pulse melting in stationary conditions. Special feature of control system is the usage of personal computer in industrial performance (operating under conditions of electromagnetic interference of high intensity). Reliability of the control system is provided by circuit solutions as well as by specially designed algorithms which guarantee functional steadiness of metrical procedures and control of sensors state and operator commands.
